Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely in refrigerator.  Place contents of bag into crock-pot.  Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.  Skim off fat visible fat, if desired.  With two forks, pull the pork apart into shreds.  Pile onto buns (warmed up a little first is nice) and serve hot.  Coleslaw and beans would make this a satisfying meal
