I don't have enough freezer space for eight or twelve
meals - do I have to prepare that many?
You may be surprised that you have more room than you thought - I cleaned out
the mystery meat, unlabeled containers of questionable age and
other items of good intention, and had plenty of freezer room.
Many items will be frozen in freezer bags, which do not take
up as much room as pans and containers. Because we're promoting
preparation efficiency, the smallest meal assembly package that
is offered is 8 meals. You're welcome to purchase fewer
items from the pre-mades freezer where we will offer a variety
of the menu items already assembled.
What is the cost?
The cost of the meals varies from $2.83/serving to $4.58 serving depending
on the size (3 or 6 serving) and amount
of meals (8 or 12) that you purchase, and whether you assemble
or we assemble for you. Please see Pricing

Do the meals come with side dishes?
Some meals will come with rice, pasta, or a bread such as buns, if necessary
to complete the entrée. We have a variety of vegetable, starch and
salad side dishes assembled and available for purchase separately.
Can I reschedule or make a change to my order?
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling or changing
your order if necessary. Please be aware, however, if a change
to your order is made less
than 48 hours prior to your session, some ingredients may not
be available. Likewise, a restocking fee may occur for a session
rescheduled to a different week. Please contact us at (207)221-5194

Can I bring my children?
State law does not allow you to bring a child younger than 12 years of age
into the prep area. We are
working with raw food ingredients, and cleanliness and the safety
of all customers is of utmost importance to us - thus this
may not be the best environment for young children.
Can I bring
my spouse, friend, or age-appropriate child?
You may bring a guest as long as space allows. Please contact us
to check on space availability so that we can assure the comfort
of all customers is considered and that we are within state
occupancy guidelines.
There will be some sessions specifically
designed for a parent and child over the age of 12 to attend
together - please check the calendar for a time, or call us to schedule a parent/child
private party for you and a group of your friends.

gift certificates?
Gift certificate sales are available through

to purchase online will be coming soon.

Do you use organic ingredients?
Not at this time.
We hope to be able to add this option for interested customers
in the future.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Ingredient lists and nutritional information is available for all recipes
so you can check for
your specific need. All of the meals are prepared by you, so
if there is an ingredient that should be omitted from your family's
recipe, you can do so at assembly time. Specific substitutions
(chicken in a beef recipe for example) should be discussed ahead
of time so that we can be sure to stock the appropriate amount
of ingredients.
We can review packaging labels with you for potential
allergens specific to your needs. Due to the close proximity
of the preparation stations, however, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination
may not occur. If you have more specific questions or concerns,
